Conversation content. When you speak or type to a character, that audio or text is sent to our AI provider to generate a response in real time. We do not use your conversations to build a personal profile of you.

To operate the Service, maintain your credit balance, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, measure and improve the Service, and comply with law.

• Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, to generate AI voice and text responses.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (such as our web host and database), to deliver and store the Service.
