These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the operators of Hindu Gods Chat ("we", "us", "our"), available at hindugodschat.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Hindu Gods Chat is an interactive AI entertainment product. It lets you have real-time voice and text conversations with AI characters inspired by figures from mythology. The characters, their responses, and everything they say are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment and roleplay only.

2. Entertainment only, not advice

The Service is provided purely for entertainment. It is not a religious service and does not provide financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. AI responses may be inaccurate, fictional, or nonsensical. You must not rely on anything said through the Service to make real-world decisions. For real advice, consult a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service and to make any purchase. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

4. Accounts and access

The Service can be used without creating a traditional account; access and your balance are tied to an anonymous session, or optionally to a crypto wallet you choose to connect. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your session or wallet.

5. Credits and payments

The Service is paid for with prepaid digital credits ("speaking time"). You buy credits and spend them to converse with the AI characters by voice or text. Prices are shown in US dollars before purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card details. Credits have no cash value, are for personal, non-commercial use, and are consumed as you use the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for any unlawful purpose; attempting to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer it; abusing, harassing, or attempting to manipulate the AI to produce harmful, illegal, or infringing content; reselling or redistributing access; or using automated means to access it. We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.

7. AI-generated content

Responses are produced by third-party AI models and are generated in real time. They do not represent our views or those of any real person, deity, tradition, or institution. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or availability of any response.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Artwork of historical figures is used in the public domain where applicable. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or your access to it, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
